Ooooh thank you so much for asking! that's very sweet of you. Well, I'm 18 weeks, still feeling great! and still can't believe I'm pregnant! :-) I can definitely feel the baby kick now and have woken up with a lump sided belly - that is funny!
baby update: Our baby weighs about 5 ounces now, and he/she's around 5 inches long about the size of a large onion. he/she can move his/her joints, and the skeleton until now rubbery cartilage is starting to harden to bone. His/her sense of hearing is also developing. The umbilical cord, the lifeline to the placenta, is growing stronger and thicker. The baby's skin develops further, but is still transparent.

Tue, April 19, 2005 - 12:14 PM18 weeks. That's the best time. I thought for months 3 through 7 were great. The changes in your body and watching the baby grow is totally wild. And I remember the lopside belly. Wait till 7 or 8 months and you can watch the baby turn over. It looks like an alien inside and feels really weird. Anyway, keep in touch and enjoy. The last month is rather hard. For me, I was as big as I am tall.

Tue, September 13, 2005 - 1:05 AMOoh! Congrats on the baby! Yes, any name thoughts yet? I'm so excited for you. Yikes, lop sided bellies and aliens? Scary. Beautiful, but scary. My husband and I are thinking about starting a family in another year maybe longer so it's something that's been on my mind as well.
And wow Suhaila, you're my new hero for another reason!
